• All works of art must bear the author’s name.
• No entry fee
• No returns: the postcards will not be returned to
the authors.
• No selection - no jury – no winner: all works of
art will be displayed.
• Artists can employ the artistic technique they
prefer (photographs, illustrations, collages, etc.)
• All works of art must be sent via ordinary mail.
• Artists can send as many postcards as they want.
